This Blog, by Gerbsman Partners, was launched in 2007 to establish a dialog with the equity and debt markets and sources of Technology, Life Science and Medical Device Intellectual Property. In addition, the Blog looks at new technologies, market trends, business and restructuring issues and discusses strategies for Maximizing Enterprise Value for Technology, Life Science and Medical Device companies and their Intellectual Property.
