I just spent 10 days in the Big Apple. Business is booming, real estate is hot, the restaurants are full and expensive and Theater is great.

Now having said that, the Big Apple, like the rest of the country is facing another Dot Bomb/Web 2.0/Wireless 2.0 crash. During the past 4 weeks I have spoken with various equity sponsors, senior lenders and hedge funds that have identified challenges in their portfolio’s. The workout/maximize enterprise business is back in full swing. More to come.
